Our client, a respected manufacturer and award winning Machine Shop within the Metal Working Industry for over 40 years is looking for a Mastercam CNC Programmer. This position will provide CNC programming and technical expertise for manufacturing to improve production of metal parts on all CNC Machines. This position will work closely with the CNC Machine Operators to ensure that their metal cutting CNC Machines are running at optimum performance. The metal working machine shop works on aerospace components that can only be manufactured by the the latest CNC Programming Technologies such as Unigraphics The most qualified CNC Machine Tool Programmer will be responsible for Using Mastercam CNC Software to program complex 3-D parts Assist in the development of cost effective fabrication and engineering methods and modeling of tool paths for validation of machined metal parts. Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control and Tooling to resolve problems that may typically arise in a CNC Related environment Ability to assist with setup of CNC Machines Develop detailed CNC operator instructions for utilizing program data on the CNC Mills & CNC Lathes Benefits for this CNC Programming Position Include but are not limited to Overtime pay Vacation and Holidays Company sponsered Health Plan with Dental Insurance 401K Ongoing training on new versions of CNC software
